Bonnie ’Pans Tapestry is almost here
The New Lanark Institute will be exhibiting the Prestonpans Tapestry which celebrates the enduring triumph of the youthful Bonnie Prince Charlie over Redcoat forces in 1745.
The journey the 25-year-old Prince made from France through the Scottish Highlands to victory at Prestonpans is depicted in 104 metre-wide embroidered panels.
