Hide AdSuzanne Graham, of Pheonix Flames, said: “Our cheerleaders have had many successes over this season and have just returned from a National BCA competition in Newcastle where they managed to secure a number of first and second places and a bundle of trophies to match.
“With our older girls ‘Senior Elite’ competing at the World Championships in Florida for the past five years, this has really put us on the global map.
“They too had a successful event at Newcastle, following their world finals trip in April, and again were awarded another amazing golden ticket to the World Dance Championships for Florida 2020.”
Suzanne added: “All the cheerleaders would like to thank head coaches Karen Leitch and Lisa Oxnard and all of the coaching staff for all that they do for them, as this wouldn’t be possible without their encouragement, training and commitment, and most importantly the fun that they have.”
