Members on course to save Mouse Valley
MEMBERS of Cleghorn’s Mouse Valley Golf Club have made huge strides towards saving their 18-hole championship golf course at Kames Country Club from permanent closure.
They’ve agreed an initial four-week lease with administrators Armstrong Watson, who’ve been running the crisis-hit club since the ‘plug was pulled’ on it in February. A buyer is now being sought for the club, with a members’ group – led by club secretary Jim Snowball – keen to make this purchase.
