Lanark rockers Mono Six in Live and Unsigned area finals

LANARK rockers Mono Six have made it through to the area finals of a nationwide search to find the UK’s most promising bands.

The band, which has Iain King on vocals and lead guitar, Alan Kerr on rhythm guitar, bassist Alex Anderson and drummer Steven Jack, will travel to Newcastle on Easter Sunday to play in the area final of Live and Unsigned.

They will be up against 59 other acts each hoping to make it the grand final, which will be held in London later this year.
