Pic of the Week: Clematis by David Hendry

When you are photographing close up it can be difficult to keep everything sharp.

Even a small breeze in the garden can move a bloom and result in a fuzzy picture.

To overcome this, it was out with the secateurs and photographing indoors.

Close-up, it is also difficult to get it all in focus from front to back so I took four pictures focusing progressively through the flower and merged them with focus stacking software.
