Nick took this shot on the beach at St Kilda, Melbourne. It is a very popular area for kite surfing, especially at the end of the working day.
He took many shots, hand holding and panning the camera. When one of the larger kites dropped and landed in front of him, he moved on quickly! Canon 5D at 400mm, 1/250 at f11, ISO 200.
