This image was taken close to the Old Military Road in Glen Coe.
The red grouse was feeding in the heather, blending with the autumn colours in the golden morning light.
Taken with a Canon EOS 50D using 70-200mm Sigma lens with an aperture of f4 and ISO 320 at 1/1600 of a second.
