Pic of the Week: Rolling Clones by Ken Wilkie

I had an idea for a rock band album cover with all the band members being the same person so enlisted my daughter Yvonne to play the parts of the various musicians.

We had to plan layers of clothing to gradually remove with the new look under each layer.

The camera was placed on a tripod and various photos taken in different poses. The picture was then built up layer by layer using Photoshop software and also to change colours of the clothes and instruments, add the tattoos etc.

I was originally going to call the shot “Rock Band” but instead settled on “Rolling Clones” as the musicians are all genetic copies.
