The O2 Academy is ready to go Goo Goo
NINETIES rock crooners Goo Goo Dolls are making their way to Glasgow next Thursday in their first UK tour in three years.
The band behind megahit Iris will be showcasing songs from their new album, Magnetic — an 11-song piece recorded by the usual line up, as well as host of celebrity-backing-band names.
They’ve come a long way from their thrash days, and although they’ve never topped that instant hit — recently ranked number one in Billboard’s top 100 songs of 2002-2012 — it’s safe to say they’ll be wheeling it out again at the latest show.
