THE 40th anniversary of the end of Morris Minor production gives extra significance to a rally being held at Biggar Rugby Club’s Hartreemill venue in Station Road on Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, June 12.

Day one of the Morris Minor Owners Club Scottish Branch event is for club members only.

Day two – which is open to the public – runs from 10am, when registration of cars to be displayed starts and this continues until noon when the formal opening and car judging will take place.

Anyone who would like to take part can go along, pay the entrance fee (covering the cost of a memorial plaque, site fees and raffle tickets) and have their vehicle entered into the Visitors Class with the chance to win a trophy for that section.
