SHAWLANDS author Graham Lironi joins Lisa Ballantyne for Aye Write!, and The Mitchell Library in Fiction. 7.30pm-8.30pm at the city centre library. Tickets £9 plus booking fee.

COFFEE morning at Giffnock South Parish Church, in aid of Eastwoodhill Care Home, and the renovation of the healthcare room. 10am-noon, entry £2 adults, £1 children - entry to the quiz is another £1.
