Whip-crack away for The Shed’s lunch show
The Deadwood Stage is a-rolling on into Shawlands.
Doris Day herself may not be appearing at The Shed, but in her place is Sarah Laing, offering a one-woman show covering aspects of Doris’ life — from donning a holster and gun for her most famous role in Calamity Jane, to her many leading men (Rock Hudson included).
Part of the Live @ The Shed series, it’s a chance for fans of the iconic actress to relive all those well-known songs and magic moments — and, of course, an opportunity to join in for a sing-along.
