Blow for East Renfrewshire residents as Post Office branch to close next month

Due to the resignation of the Postmaster at the branch, it will close its doors from 8pm on Sunday, September 6.

A letter to customers from Adam Williams, Multiples Account Executive, read, “Looking after a nationwide network of Post Offices, we have a responsibility to make sure every service makes the best possible use of resources, while ensuring that customers can still access our products and services.

“I can assure you that we will continue to work to find a solution that will provide a Post Office service to the community in this area of Glasgow.”
