The entire estate is on offer for just over one million pounds.

The Grade A Listed Building was built in the 1880s as Baronald House; it spent a relatively short time as a private home having been turned into a convalescent home in World War One. It eventually became a hotel over half a century ago and has become home to many popular events such as the annual Burgh Dinner.

Undertaking a complete refurbishment and upgrade programme of Cartland Bridge when they acquired the hotel in the late 1990s, current owners Kimberley J. Lozito and Pauline E. Mann and director David Kenneth Mann have invested in developing the business, which is operated under management.

The selling agents, Christie and Co. of Glasgow, report that there has already been interest expressed in the property.
