Pupils commit to helping hungry kids

Pupils at Castlehill Primary School in Bearsden are helping children less fortunate than themselves as they work towards achieving their
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for 2030.

Primary 1 room 8 are focusing on SDG 2 – Zero Hunger, which links intrinsically to Article 24 UNCRC – the right to have healthy nutritious
food and clean drinking
water.

They wanted to go the extra mile when they learned that many children go hungry,
locally, nationally and
globally.
