All set forSaturdaybig race in the park
Hundreds of local women are said to have joined the starting line-up for the 10k Race at Strathclyde Park next Saturday – but there’s still (just) time to enter.
Organisers of the Women’s Running 10K Race Series, Women’s hope that both Team GB’s and Team Scotland’s success at the Commonwealth Games will inspire the inner athlete in women to sign up.
The park is said to be ideal for runners of all abilities as it is almost completely flat.

The finale race in the series will take place on Saturday September 27 at Finsbury Park in London.
