Update on how coronavirus has taken its toll on East Dunbartonshire

A total of 137 people have died from coronavirus in East Dunbartonshire up to June 28, according to figures from the National Records of Scotland.

Of that total, 93 passed away in care homes - more than double the amount who died in hospital.

Forty people from the area passed away in hospital and four others in home/non-instution.
