That was an increase of 51% from 575,739 the week before.
The figures were recorded before First Minister Nicola Sturgeon revealed on February 10 that more than 1 million people in Scotland had received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
She described reaching the milestone as "highly significant".
She said: "When you think about the truly dreadful weather most of the country is experiencing right now, which means that many of those administering and receiving the jag will have had to brave extreme elements, I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to describe this as a heroic achievement.

Larger vaccinations centres are also open in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Following the first dose of the vaccine, a second jab is offered up to 12 weeks later.
The Scottish Government said it is prioritising getting more people the first dose over a quicker turnaround of the second.
