Waverley Park - second round of consultation - closing date extended

The three design options respond to the issues and aspirations raised in the first round of consultation earlier in the year.

Nick Wright from Nick Wright Planning said: “Fixing traffic issues was clearly a priority for many people, so that has been our focus.

"But we haven’t forgotten the many other things that people mentioned like being able to cross the road more safely, having more greenery, fixing localised flooding, making more opportunities for kids to play - without creating disruption for nearby residents, of course.

"This is not a vote! The three options represent different ways of dealing with traffic management in the area, and we would appreciate people's views on each of them.”

A further round of consultation will then follow later in the summer.
