A date with Mr Ciccone
Author Kirkland Ciccone (who borrowed Madonna’s surname) is to give a talk to 120 14-year-old pupils at Greenfaulds High School in January.
Described as producing “quirky and murky” work by the Scottish Books Trust, his novel Conjuring the Infinite won North Lanarksire’s Catalyst Book Prize this year, and his second book, Endless Empress, is published this month.
