Big names at Biggar Little Festival

THE 10th anniversary of the Biggar Little Festival is almost upon us and organisers have just released the full number of events with this year’s programme hitting the streets this week.

The BLF, which runs from October 18 to 28, is now one of the busiest and most exciting 10 days in the Clydesdale calendar.

Among the highlights this year will be a chance to hear chart topping singer Kiki Dee with Carmelo Luggeri.

If stand-up comedy is your thing then Biggar will be playing host to two of Britain’s best up and coming comedy stars Seann Walsh and Josh Widdicome.

Both have been excelling on shows such as Live At The Apollo and Stand Up For The Week this year and have already travelled to Scotland in 2012 for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Former X-Factor contestant Stephen Hunter will also be bringing his unique voice to the festival.

However, as with every BLF there truly is something for everyone.

You can check out the whole programme and book tickets online at www.biggar-little-festival.com, or find the BLF on Facebook and Twitter.
