Carluke Youth Theatre put the Shine into Christmas
IT was magical last Saturday at Princess Square in Glasgow, when the young stars of Shine performed for shoppers.
The Carluke-based youth theatre group took a break from rehearsals for Starlight Express – set for Motherwell in February – to entertain shoppers.
“Shine had the place packed,” said Scott Gibson of Lanark, one of those enjoying the performance.
“There was standing room only round the banisters with shoppers watching and listening to the very festive performance from the kids.”
