“Our main project is befriending – it is a befriending service for young people and the additional funds let us extend that project to young people who are in care,” said befriending leader Lesley Miller.

About six young people in care, from all over South Lanarkshire, are already benefiting. Volunteers are always needed and anyone keen to help should contact COVEY on 01698 894013.
