Dancing for panto joy!

Cumbernauld boasts two more young starlets ready to star in another smash hit show.

Last week we revealed that best pals Aimee McCallum (9) from Carbrain and Kelsie Cusick (10) from Greenfaulds had landed roles in pantomime.

The young dancers who attend Woodlands Primary are appearing at Motherwell Theatre’s production of Aladdin.

Now it’s the turn of Aimee Hipson (13) from Bellisle Court in Carrickstone and Kyler McLaggan (8) from Scott Crescent in Greenfaulds.

The girls, who attend Cumbernauld High and Woodlands Primary, landed roles as dancers in The Wizard Who Never Was at The Pavilion. This boasts a galaxy of top Scottish acts including panto favourite Dean Park.

Both girls who are in different groups of young performers will be on stage up to three times a week until the curtain goes down on January 19.
