ASPIRING actress Nicole Anderson (19) of Seafar certainly didn’t expect the chance of a lifetime after her ‘worst perfomance”.
The former Greenfaulds High School pupil had been in Edinburgh auditioning for the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, but was convinced she’d blown it.
“My sister drove me in to Edinburgh but I thought I’d given the worst performance of my life and told her as much. It was a couple of weeks until the letter arrived and I’d convinced myself that it would say ‘thanks but no thanks, come back in a year’. When I found out I’d been offered a place I screamed.”
