Plans for new Japanese tea room in West End

By Chance has submitted plans to open the new restaurant at 296 Dumbarton Road.

According to the proposal, the tea room, which would be named By Chance, would offer a ‘very simple menu’, including kimchi rice balls and egg yolk rice balls.

The tea room would have 20 seats.
