Forgaitherin to perform at Clydesdale Folk Club
THIS month Clydesdale Folk Club hosts a new four piece for their first visit to the club.
Forgaitherin are a recently formed Fife-based folk group, all resident performers at the Glenfarg Village Folk Club, who provide strong vocal entertainment involving all four group members, with instrumentation featuring guitar, accordion, keyboard, whistle and cajon.
Forgaitherinoffer a wide-ranging mixture of traditional and modern folk material, with chorus songs and group harmonies and full audience participation.
The evening of music is in The Elphinstone Hotel in Biggar on Thursday August 28 at 8pm. Entry, costing £8 (£6 members £2 school age) can be paid at
