Fruit celebration of Clyde Valley orchards
THE good people of Clydesdale can have a ‘pressing engagement’ at the third annual Clyde Valley Fruit Day at Overton Farm, Crossford, on Saturday, October 6.
For the event, celebrating our orchards, fruit and local food and running alongside a bustling farmers market, will feature apple juice pressing.
Clyde Valley Orchard Group’s Maureen Anning said: “The Clyde Valley is a much-loved landscape and Fruit Day is an opportunity for people to find out more about the history of the Valley, what it produces and sample some great local food.”
