Jim McIntyre named Carluke Rotary Citizen of the Year

DESPITE at first turning down the chance to become Carluke Rotary Citizen of the Year, youth volunteer Jim McIntyre soon changed his mind.

“Hearing that I’d been nominated to win the award was a huge honour,” Jim said.
