Lanark dance school pupils take top trophies
Three youngsters from the Celia Orr School of Dancing in Lanark have won major pre championship trophies.
Elizabeth Leggate, left, of Lesmahagow, won the 11-year-olds’ pre-championships at the Granite City Championships in Aberdeen. Catherine Gibson, centre, of Lanark, won the Forfar 10-year-olds’ pre-championship and also won a national trophy, and Katie Semple, right, of Lanark, won the nine-year-olds’ pre-championships at the Solway Championships in Dumfries this month. Katie also won a national trophy.
