Lanark hosts jazz tribute to Michael Brecker

Jazz fans in Lanark can look forward to a new show paying tribute to influential saxophonist Michael Brecker.

The Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (SNJO) follows its highly successful and critically-acclaimed celebration of jazz-rock with a four date Scottish tour in May, paying tribute to Michael and featuring his trumpet-playing brother, Randy.

The show takes place at Greyfriars Church on May 24 and SNJO director Tommy Smith is delighted to be bringing the show to Lanark.
