Lanark Smallholder & Grower Festival 2013 Slideshow

INTEREST in Lanark’s ‘Good Life’ festival was high, with over 1800 people coming to the Agricultural Centre to see what was on offer.

And there was plenty to see, with livestock judging, talks and classes and demonstrations by crafts people.

“It was all fantastic,” said Karen McKay from Lesmahagow, one of the organisers of the Scottish Smallholder and Grower Festival.

It was the festival’s second year and attendance at Lanark was well up on last year’s event which was staged in Forfar.
