Lesmahagow pupils trouser £1000 cheque in Jeans for Genes move
A WHOPPING 550 out of Lesmahagow High School’s 600 pupils took part in Jeans for Genes, which saw them donate money to charity in return for being allowed to wear jeans and casual tops to school.
An impressive £1000 was raised from the initiative, organised by teacher Bruce Biggart, faculty head of art, music and technical.
