Makings of a model day out
CUMBERNAULD Model Rail Club will hold an open day on Saturday, September 15.
This will feature four large layouts and two smaller ones plus a test track. The club is keen to welcome more members of all ages (children must be accompanied) and if this event proves successful the club hopes to develop it into a much bigger annual exhibition. This event will be at the Link Centre from 10am until 4pm. Entry is £1 and accompanied children get in free. Light refreshments are available.
The club meetings are also in the Link, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7pm until 9pm.
