Lanark book launch for vampire slayer Elaine
The event entitled the Power of Three – Mind, Body and Spirit will take place this Saturday, October 29, from 10am to 5pm at Natural Source in the Wellgate.
And 45-year-old Elaine, whose popular book ‘Cheerleaders and Vampires in Your Life’, will discuss how what you eat has an impact not only on your body, but also your mind.
