Karin and Michael O’Hagan are originally from Glasgow and plan to move back to their hometown following the birth of their latest edition four-month-old baby Meg.
The family want to be closer to Karin’s mum who will take up babysitting duties.
They will, however, have to say goodbye to their welcoming family home , on Tinto Drive in Balloch, first which has been the perfect place for all three of their children.
The stunning five bedroom property comes with a modern kitchen, lounge, family room, recently installed bathrooms , private gardens and a garage.
Karin admits she is sad about leaving the property behind because she lives in a “good street with welcoming neighbours”.
The family has also enjoyed the local schools which come with a good reputation.
And they particularly love the area’s paths where they often go for long walks.
Karin also admits she enjoys driving into the street which has a real cul-de-sac and almost secluded feel to it.
The property is in walk in condition with the family’s excellent modern taste shining throughout the rooms.
Beautifully decorated, each room within the property, which is presented over two levels, is also equally bright and spacious.
It is a must see for anyone looking for more space in a good area of Cumbernauld.
Early viewing is also a must of this beautiful five bedroomed family home as the appeal of this property will ensure it is snapped up in no time.
