Proceeds from the Show are being donated to this year’s Children in Need.
Show Convener Fergus Cumming said: “We had a great day at the Show with a new layout and feel to the Show. Local Traders formed a Market Street down one side of the Hall which was laid out differently to previous Shows, and of course Pudsey paid us a visit as we were raising funds for this year’s charity.

“Exhibits in flowers, vegetables, pot plants, handicrafts, baking, floral art & photography were on show and there was also a children’s section with Pudsey related items.
“Our local MP Jackson Carlaw also paid a visit and was suitably impressed with the standard of exhibits. Pudsey was on hand to open the Show and high-fived everyone having a good time.
“We don’t have final figure yet for Children in Need but it should be in excess of £300-00 from donations etc on the day. The Society Committee also contributed with their own personal “Pudsey” sunshine boxes.
“I’d like to offer a very big thank you to the 121st Clarkston Scout Troup who assisted in many ways with the show, including looking after Pudsey.”
