Roberton writer James Christie meets Hollywood director Joss Whedon

ROBERTON writer James Christie has once again been rubbing shoulders with Hollywood’s elite.

James, who suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome, met the iconic Hollywood director Joss Whedon – the creator of cult shows Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel.

He met Joss at the Glasgow Film Theatre and handed over a copy of his book Dear Miss Landau.

The book documents the journey James took across America to meet actress Juliet Landau, who played Drusilla, one of the vampires in the hit television show Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

James said: “It was the first time that I had met Joss and it was a real adrenaline rush.”
