Rose Glass smash onto the scene

CLYDESDALE five piece Rose Glass are currently smashing their way into the Glasgow music scene despite forming less than a year ago.

The band, who draw on a range of rock influences, will be playing Barrowlands Two next month as they continue to build up a fanbase in the city, as well as closer to home in Clydesdale.

The band is made up of vocalist Colin Hamilton, Hammy to his bandmates, drummer Ben O’Reilly and brother Dick and Pete McLelland on bass and guitar respectively.

Songs like Get It On, Thing Called Fate and Spiffing Good Fun show the bands versatility as well as demonstrating the range of influences they all draw on from heavy acts like Aerosmith to the likes of the Who and the Beatles.

They have a number of gigs lined up including the Barrowlands gig on March 12.
