A CLASSIC nativity tale with a dose of modern humour, that’s what St Mary’s Primary’s Christmas show A Midwife Crisis offered its Lanark audience.

P1 teacher Donna Allen said: “The audience absolutely loved it and we had lots of positive feedback.”

The P4 to P7 pupils were first to enjoy their Christmas party, which was held in St Mary’s Clubrooms.

And the following day, the P1 to P3 pupils enjoyed a visit from Santa Claus and his helpers at the same venue for their Christmas party.

All of the pictures featured in our slideshow were taken by freelance photographer Andrew Wilson, with the exception of the P4 to P7 party which was taken by Gazette photographer Lindsay Addison.
