Thankerton teenager Arabella Normand bids to become Miss Teen Queen UK

A THANKERTON teenager is hoping to get the support of locals as she bids to become Miss Teen Queen UK 2011.

Arabella Normand (16) is hoping to win the competition after getting down to the final 80 entrants from the original 9,000.

She is now asking the public for help to win the top prize of the title and the chance to represent the UK at a top beauty pageant.

Arabella said: “It’s a huge opportunity for me and it would be fantastic if I could manage to win the competition.”
