A stunning tribute to Lanark - video
We've already shared some of Robert MacDonald's videos with readers, but this, Love Lanark 2, is the most wonderful to date!
It is a tribute to Lanark, and Robert - known for his wedding videos - uses a drone to give a bird’s eye view of everthing from the Falls of Clyde to Lanimer Day, to sunset at the Murray Chapel.
His video uses aerial footage and time-lapse photography of some of the most beautiful landscapes and landmarks of Lanark and its surrounding areas including New Lanark World Heritage site, Carmichael House ruin and Lanark Loch.
