Advice for staying safe this summer

A new online resource encouraging Scots to be prepared for summer is available online from NHS Inform.

The Safe Summer in Scotland campaign offers advice on outdoor hazards, travelling and preparing food.

Dr Aileen Keel, acting chief medical officer, said: “This resource gives some valuable advice on how to stay safe, whether it’s swimming in the sea, hiking in the mountains, or enjoying the sunshine in your garden.”
