Armed robbery at Bearsden petrol station
Staff at a Bearsden petrol station were left badly shaken last night (Thursday, December 8) after two men threatened them with weapons.
The police were unable to say what type of weapons they had, but the men went into The Filling Station on Duntocher Road, Bearsden at 10.06pm and demanded cash from the staff.
One man has been detained and arrested in connection with this incident and the police are following a positive line of enquiry for the other male suspect.
