Auchengeich Memorial Service
A service marking the 51st anniversary of the Auchengeich mining disaster will take place this Sunday, September 19.
The tragedy claimed the lives of 47 miners, including six men from f Condorrat and one from Kilsyth.
The 51st memorial service will take place at the Auchengeich Miners' Memorial, Gartferry Road, Moodiesburn, at 1pm on Sunday, September 19.
