Beef and sheep farmers can become host monitor farm

Beef and sheep farmers in the Clyde area have the unique opportunity to be a host monitor farm and improve their business profitability.

In February, Quality Meat Scotland (QMS), with support from the NFU Scotland, launched a search for a new monitor farm in the Clyde catchment area and the deadline for submitting nominations for the host farm is fast approaching.

Scotland’s Monitor Farm programme started in 2003, on a mixed farm in the Scottish Borders.
