Beware of sneak-in thieves on the prowl

Thieves struck at a house in Jackson Drive, Stepps, between 10.30pm on July 15 and 8am on July 16.

Entry was gained to the property and a handbag along with car keys keys stolen.

The female resident’s brown Vauxhall Corsa was then taken using the key.

Police are also advising that householders should keep car keys out of sight in the home.
