Biggar bid to lead Earth Hour
Biggar’s Friends of Burnbraes Park is hoping to lead the UK switch off for the WWF’s Earth Hour on Saturday, March 31,
Every year famous landmarks and millions of businesses and homes across the world switch off for the hour to highlight climate concern, and an astronomy evening is being planned for the Biggar park.
And South of Scotland MSP Claudia Beamish has also joined the switch off campaign.
