Bishopbriggs teenager crowned Miss Fitness Bikini Body 2013

Hannah Gunn (19), from Bishopbriggs was recently crowned ‘Miss Fitness Bikini Body 2013’, organised by Valor Fitness and held in Aberdeen.

It saw her undertake an eight week challenge to tone her body through following a strict plan of training and nutrition.

Hannah, who is also a competitive freestyle dancer, a television extra and a recently-qualified fitness instructor, will now act as an ambassador for the company in the UK and Dubai.

She will combine the role with obtaining her UKA teacher’s qualification in freestyle dance and completing her studies to become a personal training (PT) instructor with Valor Fitness.

Valor’s Rob Donker said: “Hannah won because she has all the traits needed to be a great ambassador for Valor Fitness. She is in great shape, she is committed to health and fitness and she is going through the process of becoming a personal trainer herself.

Hannah said: “This challenge has helped me in so many ways. I just can’t wait to qualify as a PT and make others feel the way I now feel about myself. I can’t thank Rob and Jamie at Valor Fitness enough.”
