Carluke Development Trust proposes new business district in the town
A NUMBER of exciting new developments could be on their way to Carluke - if the town’s Development Trust is able to push on with its plans for the next 12 months.
The Trust’s AGM took place in Kirkton Church Hall last week with one of the most important items on the agenda being the proposed development of a new business district in the town.
Also on the agenda was an update on the continued work of the From Small Acorns project which is designed to promote energy efficiency in homes and businesses across Carluke.
